Personal one-to-one tuition - £120.00 per day
This is an ideal course for those who want to learn basic navigation skills that will enable them to feel confident and safe when heading into the mountains.
After an introductory indoor briefing the majority of the course will be out on the mountain.
All our instructors are fully qualified mountain leaders with extensive experience in the outdoors.

About Phill George
Phill has been an active mountaineer for over 30 years. During that time he has completed the Mountaineering Instructor Certificate (MIC) qualification and the British Mountain Guides scheme (IFMGA) which qualifies him for all aspects of mountaineering activities world wide.
Phill’s personal mountaineering has taken him to America, Canada, Norway, New Zealand and Europe. His work has taken him to the Alps, Europe, Norway and Baffin Island.
Phill is a qualified teacher and has worked for many private and Local Education based centres throughout the country on an instructional basis and as a technical expert.
About Lisa George
Lisa has been an outdoor enthusiast for over 15 years. During that time she has gained the Mountain Leader Summer Award and Single Pitch Award. She is a qualified teacher in Outdoor Education and Art & Design.
Lisa has spent time mountaineering in the Alps, Europe and throughout the British Isles in both summer and winter.
Her experience as an outdoor activities instructor includes working for Local Education and privately based establishments in different areas of the UK.
Owned and managed by Olly Sanders, a highly experienced and respected climber, sea kayaker and expedition explorer. His achievements include several first ascents of the world's greater mountain ranges and over ten years as Senior Instructor at Plas y Brenin - the UK's national mountain centre - coaching kayaking and climbing. Olly leads many of the sea kayak and climbing tours himself making Rock and Sea Adventures the very best option when looking for adventure tourism in the UK and Europe.
