Welcome to Glyn Peris

Glyn Peris is a detached Victorian house set in its own grounds, minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the famous village of Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon in Snowdonia National Park, but opposite Lake Padarn and just a short distance from all the local attractions.

The 3 star bed and breakfast accommodation ensures an enjoyable stay. The large and inviting lounge has comfortable sofas and a wood burning stove to provide a perfect place to relax after a hard day’s walking in the mountains before heading off to one of the many great places to eat locally.

We have seven guest bedrooms, six are ensuite and the seventh has its own private toilet and shower room. Two of the rooms can be connected by an adjoining door to create a spacious suite (with both ensuite and separate facilities) that can sleep up to 5 people. All the rooms have central heating, double-glazing, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and a tv. Our combination of rooms is ideal for accommodating small groups and courses of up to 12 people.

Since purchasing Glyn Peris in November 2008, we have redecorated throughout to make it a beautiful home for us to share with others. We respect that our guests are here to relax and enjoy their stay with us and hope that they in turn will not only respect that this is our home but also be aware there are other guests in the house too and behave appropriately.

Children staying at Glyn Peris: Children under 10 years of age will have a special menu to choose from for breakfast. Regretfully we feel that Glyn Peris is not suitable for children under the age of eight.

Check-in is between 3.30 and 9.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am

To set you up for the day ahead, a cooked breakfast is served in the dining room between
8.00 and 9.15 am. Continental breakfasts are available for early starters. Please note, during busy periods we may ask you to come to breakfast at a particular time - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We do not want to rush you of course, but we would be grateful if you could assist us by not lingering too long in the dining room.

Pack lunches are available at £4.50 each - please book in advance, on arrival or by 7pm the evening before it is wanted. See the menu page for choices.

Parking: There is ample parking in the car parking area beside the house and to the rear of the house.

Secure storage: Motor bikes/bikes/kayaks and any other outdoor equipment can be locked safely away.

Drying room: Drying facilities are available for the all-weather adventurers amongst you.

Wifi: Free Wifi is available to all guests.

Please note, the eating of take-aways etc is not permitted in the rooms.

Pets: We regret that we cannot allow pets but we have one single room which we use for any guest with a registered guide/hearing dog.
